Cancelation Policy

Canceling your reservation will incur a $50 cancellation fee per cabin or RV Rental regardless of when you cancel.

- If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival date,  your deposit minus the $50 cancellation fee will be refunded to your card.

- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your total deposit will be forfeited.

- If you cancel less than 3 days prior to your arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount for your stay.

- These policies are in effect regardless of the reason, including inclement weather.
