“The Homestead”
Enjoy a relaxing getaway next to the Little Salmon River in Central Idaho. “The Homestead” offers one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed with a private bathroom. This cabin features rustic decor and offers both heat and A/C for year-round comfort. The cabin has an area for sitting to enjoy nature and the sounds of the flowing river as well as barbecuing.
Our cabins are a great place to find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. We don’t have TVs in our cabins on purpose. We do, however, provide simple connecting activities like horseshoes and corn hole, board games, fire pits for campfires, fishing areas, and a small beach with seating next to the river, perfect for conversation and unwinding.
Two-night minimum
*One-night reservations are allowed with a $60 cleaning fee. Reservations for two or more nights DO NOT have a cleaning fee.

We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay here at Pinehurst Resort! We wanted to share with you a checklist of expectations we have during your stay. If you have questions about any of them, please let us know.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to prepare accommodations for all guests.
Cancellations Made 30 days or More Before Arrival
90% refund.
Cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date to receive a 90% refund.
*Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a 90% refund. The remaining 10% helps cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs.
Cancellations Made 29 to 8 Days Before Arrival
50% refund.
If you cancel between 29 and 8 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your reservation total.
Cancellations Made 7 Days or Less Before Arrival
No refund.
Due to the short notice and the difficulty of rebooking the cabin, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in is at 3pm
Check out is at 11am
SMOKING POLICY - All cabins are NON-SMOKING. If we find evidence of smoking in a cabin, there will be a $250 charge.
KITCHEN USAGE POLICY – For units with kitchens, please leave everything as you found it, including washing dishes and utensils. If you just don’t have time, we’ll do them for you for $25.
TOWEL USAGE POLICY – Please do not use towels in any way that would damage or permanently stain them. Replacement costs for bath towels are $20. Hand towels are $10. Provided in your cabin is a basket of rags for your messy cleanups.
FISH and GUN CLEANING POLICY – Please do fish cleaning and gun cleaning outside of the cabin.
DAMAGE/THEFT POLICY – Damage/theft chargebacks will be made to credit cards if damage to property is found or items/linens are removed from cabins or if cabins/grounds are left excessively dirty.
Dog Policy
Six of our units are dog-friendly, with a charge of $50 per dog.
There is a 2-dog limit.
The following units are DOG-FRIENDLY:
CABIN 3,4,5,6,8 and the
FRIENDSHIP MOTORHOME
DOGS MUST BE:
- Monitored at all times
- On a leash when outside at all times
- Not left alone in your unit
- Not allowed on the beds
- Cleaned up after
- Paid for at the time of registration (Dog fee)
PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow cats in our units due to the fact that some guests suffer from severe allergies to cat dander.
Things You Should Know
During your stay, questions may arise, and we wanted to answer the most frequently asked questions.
- WIFI – Is provided, and login information is in your unit.
- CELL SERVICE -
Most people will have cell service except T-Mobile users.
- NO TVs – Our units do not have TVs
- FIREWOOD – Firewood for use in fire pits is available for $7 per bundle. Ask us at the office, and we will be glad to help you!
- SHOPPING – Please note that the store next to our property is no longer in business. Your best bet for grocery shopping will be in either Riggins (12 miles north) or New Meadows (22 miles south)
