Pinehurst Resort Cabins is located right on the Little Salmon River, 12 miles south of Riggins, Idaho, commonly called “Idaho’s Whitewater Capital”. Our resort is nestled in a beautiful forested canyon on Highway 95, providing amazing views and a feeling of seclusion. We serve the McCall, New Meadows, and Riggins areas on Highway 95.

We offer 7 Charming Cabins, Stationary RV Rental, and 2 RV sites.

Our cozy riverside haven offers seven fully furnished, comfort-packed cabins and two peaceful RV sites with power and water. We also have a stationary RV you can settle into, plus simple tent-camping spots for just $20 a night. Everything here is designed to feel like a warm, quiet getaway.

Your Accommodations

Each cabin is warm, welcoming, and fully furnished for a peaceful stay. You’ll find a kitchen or kitchenette stocked with dishes, cookware, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker — everything you need to settle in and feel at home.

Every cabin has both AC and heating to keep you comfortable in any season. Bedding, linens, towels, and shampoo are provided. And just so you know, there are no TVs in the cabins, giving you the chance to unplug, relax, and enjoy the quiet beauty of nature.

Six of our units are dog-friendly, with a charge of $50 per dog.
There is a 2-dog limit.

Dog Friendly

Dogs are allowed in five of our cabins:
Cabins 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and the Friendship Motorhome
There is a dog fee of $50 PER DOG.

Pet blankets are provided. Dogs must be attended to at all times and be on a leash when outside, and you MUST CLEAN UP after your doggie doo.

Fire Pits and Outdoor Grills

Each guest has access to a fire ring for campfires and an outdoor charcoal grill for barbecuing. Firewood is available for purchase at the office at a price of $7 per bundle. Not all units have their own charcoal grill; however, there are common areas that can be used for cabins that don’t have a dedicated grill

Bedroom and Bathroom

All cabins come equipped with extra pillows and blankets. During the winter, we use cozy flannel sheets. All cabins have extra heaters to stay toasty in the winter and AC to stay cool in the summer.

Bathrooms have toilet paper, towels, washcloths, soap, and shampoo

Wifi and Cell Service

We offer Starlink wifi service to our guests.

Cell service works for all carriers except T-Mobile.

Onsite Leisure Activities

Our guests are welcome to fish in the Little Salmon River that runs next to the resort. Our resort has a volleyball area, horseshoes and cornhole for your outdoor enjoyment. We also provide board games in each cabin and loan additional games from the office for when you’d rather stay indoors.

Coffee Maker, Microwave and Mini-fridge

All cabins have coffee makers, microwaves and mini-fridges. Some of our larger cabins have full kitchens, and all have basic kitchenettes. Cabins with kitchens are supplied with dishes and cookware, as well as dish soap, washclothes and towels.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow!   This is the perfect place for a large family vacation/reunion.  There is something for everyone, cabins, permanent RVs to rent, and one or two camp sites to bring your own RV. We stayed at Pinehurst Resort last week on a family vacation with friends. Keith and Vicki are incredible hosts and owners.  The put up with our teenagers playing volleyball outside their house until 1130 most nights we were there.  Keith even stopped what he was doing and helped me with an issue I was having with the axle on my RV, so I could make the long safe drive home the next day. I can’t say enough good things about this little slice of heaven they have built.

I was in the area for a hunt test for my dog and this was a great place to stay. I sent all of my family a video of the property and they all said it looked "dreamy!" I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. My dog and I stayed in cabin 4. You can tell they really care about the property because it is very well kept and welcoming! Great place to relax, swim, fish, and just have a great time!! Yeah cell and internet service sucks but what do you expect when you are in the mountains!! Hwy 95 at milepost 182 is where you will find this little slice of heaven.Relax to the sounds of the little salmon river, play some volleyball or horseshoes, This is a family owned business and the owners are friendly and helpful. The cabins are very comfortable and stocked with dishes and cookware, fresh eggs are even available! Three cabins are dog friendly, so pack up the pups Be sure to stop in New Meadows or head into Riggins for groceries as the little store is no longer open. Don't hesitate to call and make a reservation if you're looking for a great getaway! Be sure to say Hi to Sam the dog!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We will definitely be back. We stayed in cabin #3. It was cute and cozy, just right for my husband and I. Beautiful spot and quiet escape from our fast life,  only 2.5 hours from home. Next time we will bring a bigger frying pan, as the 2 are extremely tiny and we'll used, extra towels as 2 is not enough, and coffee filters. It has a coffee maker and coffee but no filters. The store is 15 miles away. These things aside, we will be back. If your going to drive 15 miles to the store, you my as well stop in Riggins and eat Kate's Cattleman's Restaurant. Looks are deceiving. The burger and salad we ate were fabulous.

My only suggestion would be to have more amenities. We ran out of toilet paper and almost ran out of propane and we didn’t use that much for a two night stay. Easy to get to, even in the winter!

We are conveniently located 12 miles south of Riggins, Idaho on HWY 95 and 21 miles north of New Meadows, Idaho. During the winter months roads are cleared quickly by the Idaho Department of Transportation and so traveling to Pinehurst is doable in most instances. If you have question about local road conditions we advise checking the link below.
